International students are highly encouraged to apply through the Early Decision round. See additional information about Early Decision below.

Students applying from 中国 will be considered for additional 面试s only after submission of 这两个 书面申请和一份 Vericant 面试.

International students must schedule their 面试 to be conducted either on campus or via Skype.

Candidates from 中国 are required to first contact Vericant我们在中国的分公司. Vericant will conduct preliminary 面试s, and candidates will be asked to complete a writing sample during their 面试. Vericant不评估候选人, but instead posts the 面试 online for 阿什维尔学院’s 入学 Office to review.

Students applying from 中国 will be considered for additional 面试s only after submission of 这两个 书面申请和一份 Vericant 面试. After completed applications are considered, invitations may be extended for strong applicants to 面试 on campus or via Skype.

Early Decision is a good option for students who have already decided that 阿什维尔学院 is their first choice and want to ensure their enrollment at an earlier date. We tend to fill the majority of our spaces for international students during Early Decision. The deadline for submission of all application materials is 12月10日.

International students must submit results from the SSAT. If you are from a non-English speaking county, results from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) are required as well. 看到 循序渐进的录取流程 欲了解更多信息. 

Since we 不 teach English as a Second Language (ESL), international students must demonstrate strong writing, 阅读, and speaking skills in English in order to receive admission consideration. The minimum score to receive consideration is an 80 on the internet-based test (iBT). Accepted students typically score between 90 and 110 on the TOEFL iBT. 

We 不 accept results from the SLEP as a replacement for TOEFL scores.

阿什维尔学院 does not offer any ESL courses; therefore, students must score well on the TOEFL and demonstrate strong communication skills during the 面试 to receive consideration for admission.

阿什维尔学院 has 77 international students, representing 25 countries enrolled for the 2022-23 school year. These students make up 26% of the total student body.

The International Application fee is $110. International students pay an additional $700 in tuition.

是的, you may apply for financial aid; however, the majority of financial aid is allocated to domestic students. Due to different tax structures and an ever-changing exchange rate, it is very difficult to award financial aid to international students.

Once an international student has been accepted and formally enrolled through the receipt of contract and deposit, 阿什维尔学院 will release the I-20.

International students may submit applications for mid-year entry, but it is rare that space will become available. Mid-year applicants should notify the admission office of their preference to have their application moved to either the Early Decision or Regular Decision round if space is not available.

International students are only eligible to apply as boarding students. 阿什维尔学院 does not offer any homestay or exchange 项目.

Applicants for 9th grade may not turn 16 prior to August 1st of the year they intend to enroll.
Applicants for 10th grade may not turn 17 prior to August 1st of the year they intend to enroll.
Applicants for 11th grade may not turn 18 prior to August 1st of the year they intend to enroll.
Applicants for 12th grade may not turn 19 prior to August 1st of the year they intend to enroll.
